Meet Lil' Kim the mini pony!

Lil' Kim, a charming pony, was surrendered by her previous owner due to a serious condition known as laminitis. This painful inflammation of the tissues that bond the hoof wall to the pedal bone can severely affect a pony's mobility and overall well-being. As a result of her condition, Lil' Kim must adhere to a very strict diet to manage her health effectively and prevent any complications associated with laminitis. She is among a group of 70 ponies who were rescued, along side Emmy, the other pony who found her forever home at Fallons Farm!
